    Step 1

    叁峇虾米做法:起锅热油,把研磨材料B放入炒香后加入虾米,继续炒至香,以糖和盐调味,即成叁峇虾米。Sambal Shrimp : Saute the grinded ingredients B in oil till fragrant, add in grinded dried shrimps. Continue sautéing till fragrant, season to taste with sugar & salt.

    Step 2

    将大虾放入沸水内川烫熟备用,保留虾汤2汤匙。Blanch prawns in boiling water, retain 2 tbsp prawn broth for later use.

    Step 3

    用3汤匙叁峇虾米捞意大利面,加入虾汤以方便搅动。Toss cooked spaghetti with 3 tablespoons of sambal shrimp, adding the prawn broth for easy mixing.

    Step 4

    把叁峇虾米通心粉放在碟子里,加入虾肉、熟蛋和青瓜丝。Place onto your serving plate, top with prawns, boiled egg & shredded cucumber.

    Step 5

    撒上炸江鱼仔或烘花生即可。Garnish with either crispy anchovies or peanuts, done.
